The Central Mid-Region is the functional and social nucleus of the Mid-Region, a carefully planned civic hub where daily life converges. Built atop the sloping plateaus of the island of Uji, its defining feature is the famed Mid-Region Markets — an ever-active commercial district lined with vendor stalls, shaded awnings, and shopping plazas.
From the centre, wide roads branch outward into neighbourhoods of government housing, neatly separating family residences from apartments. To the east sits the Mid-Region Academy, anchoring the district’s educational ecosystem.
The region is supported by multiple shuttle stations and boasts several information boxes that guide both residents and visitors through its dense land lots. According to The Mainland Government’s Statistics and Mapping Department, the population stands at 3,984 as of 267AL. Despite its uniformity, The Central Mid-Region feels distinctly communal, from morning market preparations to late-night shuttle rides along the curved roads.
